Refund policy

All you have to do is send an email to contact@frogmask.eu to let me know and send the mask(s) back to Grégoire Dandres 14 rue Mliton 75009 Paris. Please indicate your contact details and the size of mask you would like to exchange on a separate sheet of paper, otherwise it will be difficult to know what to send you back and where?

You are responsible for return postage costs.

In the event of a refund, it will be made either via Paypal or to your credit card within 4 to 5 working days of receipt of the return, provided that the mask is not damaged.
